Can anyone help me out to get Study materials( not available at Institutes) or Any books for CS 2012 Syllabus below subjects:
331-Advanced company law and Practice
332-Secretarial audit, compliance management and due diligence
336-Ethics, governance and sustainability
338-Drafting, appearances and pleadings
It is urgent because i am writing Dec 2021 exam and no where it is available in my Circle.
As of 2026, the Institute of Company Secretaries of India (ICSI) operates exclusively under the 2022 Syllabus. The 2012 and 2017 syllabi have been completely phased out.

Exam Structure: The CS Executive program now consists of 7 papers, and the CS Professional program consists of 9 papers (including electives).
