CS 2012 Books for Dec 2021 Exams

As of 2026, the Institute of Company Secretaries of India (ICSI) operates exclusively under the 2022 Syllabus. The 2012 and 2017 syllabi have been completely phased out.

Current Status for 2026 Aspirants

• Syllabus: All students must now follow the 2022 curriculum. You cannot use study materials from 2012, as they are not aligned with current corporate, regulatory, and technological developments.

• Where to Get Materials: Do not rely on old forum posts or third-party sellers for outdated books. You can access the official, updated study materials, supplements, and modules for the 2022 syllabus directly through the ICSI Academic Portal.

• Exam Structure: The CS Executive program now consists of 7 papers, and the CS Professional program consists of 9 papers (including electives).
