First you need to visit the nearest ICSI office in ur city and collect the ROC Training letter

Then present the said letter to the ROC officials and also u can ask more details at the time of collection of letter from ICSI

I have gone through the page u referred. But i read somewhere that we can undergo ROC training after completion of 12 months articleship of CS, thatsy confirming it, see this page https://groups.google.com/forum/#!topic/csmysore/_ScICJtGW-w

lets wait for some other expert advise... because til now i hadnt done any trainings... or even not heard abt this 15 days training..
