If ‘Note Type’ showing ‘C’ in your GSTR-2A, it means credit note issued by your supplier to you. So, you will reverse the corresponding tax amount (i.e. ITC in your case) in column 4B2 of GSTR-3B. No need to do anything in GSTR-1.
