Credit note missed to upload fy 1920

Dear sir,
I hv missed to upload credit note against original service bill of the fy 1920.
Can I upload said credit note of the year 1920 in the month of March 21.

Plz suggest me.....

Last  month  to upload  credit Note was  September 20  , as per section  34 of the CGST act 2017.
