Can I raise credit note now for the sale made on 24th March 2021?

As per section 34 (2) of the CGST act, last month to issue credit note pertains to F.Y 20-21
was September month of 2021 or Annual return 2021 whichever ever is earlier.

No. the time limit is exceeded...You cannot raise credit note
