i mean buyer received credit note what do if it is credit note related for rate difference .

Buyer received Credit Note from. Supplier then in his books he (Buyer) will be enter as Debit Note...

In GST buyer will be less the Credit note Tax value in his next GSTR 3B return...

Seller can show the Credit note in his GSTR 1 return.

Yes agreed with Raja sir.
After receiving credit note, the buyer must enter as debit note in books.
In 3B returns, the credit note tax should be lessed with ITC.
