credit note date 15/11/2018,
inv date 30/10/2018,
now my question is if I filled gstr 1 for the month of October , in November 10, but credit note came 15 /11/18 for that October invoice, now tell me when is that credit note filled ,how?

C.N. 15.11.2018 (Nov-18 GST-1)
When you will file the Nov-18 GSTR-1, the credit note will be tagged against the invoice issued in Oct-18, provided the Oct-18 invoice exists in the system, otherwise C.N. will not be accepted.
Rest, there’ll be no issues.
