A person using Credit Card closes his account with Rs. 3000 in credit card balance. Five years later that person gets a notice from bank's client "debt recovery services firm" that he must pay Rs. 72000. That person had tore all account closure papers he has no proof regarding account closure. Now what must that person do?

Is there any other option?
I think these are the better options becoz this is a serious issue.......i not telling to file a case.....just go meet them and take advice from them.....they knows Law better...
