I have received an offer from one of the Indian bank to work as an credit analyst for large & mid sized corpates.
I have no idea about banking industry as I am from manufacturing.
Can anyone tell wht are the oppurtunities available in this particular profile & whts is the growth porpects.
Early reply will help me in taking decision.
Hey , its a very ggod role to play in a banking industry.
You will feel satisfied as it invoves balance sheet analysis, economy and industry analsysis etc and you have to give yopur opinion as to whether the bank should extend its credit facilitites to a particular client or not.
U need not worry, just go ahead with such profile.

credit analyst in banking sector is required to do detailed analysis of the corporate loan proposals and invoves lot of analysis and research. In the current market scenario it is quite taxing but u end up learning a lot. all ur financial and analytical skills would be put to use.
