In case of Ancestral property, there are cases. 1. Of grandfather dies and he has mentioned in the will that property will go to his grandsons HUF, then is goes to huf. 2. Ok if he' is unmarried, it goes to huf when he gets married. 3. Itill the time he is unmarried, it stays with the executors of the will.....now in 3 case what if he doesn't gets married...is he allowed to transact with the property ?
Firstly, the Karta of any HUF cannot make WILL of the HUF property.
So, the second query cannot be answered.
It's not the will of HUF property....but it states that individual property will be transferred to grandsons HUF ... considering this I need answers to 3rd case

Then who gets to transact with it in such cases ?
It gets accumulated with the executor for final disbursement till all the conditions as per WILL gets satisfied.
