DEAR ALL FRIENDS,

PLEASE GIVE SOME GUIDELINE THAT I HAVE NOT CREATED CHARGE-1 WITHIN 120 DAYS , NOW WHEN I AM GOING TO UPLOAD THE CHARGE-1 FORM IT IS SHOWING IT IS 120 DAYS OVER , PLEASE GIVE SOME GUIDELINE THAT HOW TO CREATE CHARGE-1 .

Check with the bank if they can change the date of documents.. banks are co-operating in such cases.

While filing condonation application the form will ask SRN of form CHG 1 for which you are filing appliaction. Since you can't file form CHG 1 how will you go for condonation in such case. kindly explain.

Nothing can be done..You should mandatorily register charge within 120 days (30 days normal time +90 days extension with additional Fees) w.e.f.2/11/2018
