Cpt online registration urgent help

Guys i'd applied for CPT (Dex 2011) registration via online payment(credit card) few weeks back but yet I haven't received the study material nor the registration no.After carrying out this transaction ,i filled the registration form that contained my ACKNOWLEMENT NO. which i hd send via post. I wanna know-

a)whether we receive the study material after filling out the exam form???If not then how could i ensure i receive d study material?..

b)ALSO is it possible to download the examination form and send it via post??

Till the study material is received by you, you can download those study material from icai website.
