I know the subject wise marks weightage (FA-60 ML-40 GE-50 QA-50) but i'm wondering if there is chapterwise weightage or any blue print followed by the Institute while setting the CPT question paper. I'm not only relying on the important topics but would like to know if there are any topics to be stressed upon which carry much weightage in the paper.

v don't hav any particular blue print followed in cpt .. but there are few strategies ... say , in ac from 1 st 2 and last 2 chaps v get 40 marks .. in law contract act is damn imp ... maths concentrate more in statistics ... bt , my doubt is aren't v preparing for professionals ??? if yes , then study and learn everything ... know everything to core and become expert it wld help in future for sure

Cpt can be called as a base for ipcc especially Accounts part.
So initially you have to give importance to.everything..and during exam perparation you should give weightage to solving the model test papers..
