just tell me one thing ...
will u really be able to get ans that u got 99.25 or 99.75 ...
ICAI won't award u marks in frictions ....so stop worrying n think positive

bcz ultimately it gonna b 100 ....
but still will advise u relax a little bit ...and stop worrying about result.
