Can Please Any one tell me that the act is actually passed or not..because the news is confirmed that CPT will be now is exempted for graduates and post graduates....can any 1 tell me that the graduation appearing i mean last year student can also apply for this or not

Yes, I also heard that CPT is exempted for those who are graduates. Most of the teachers and students says that. But I m not getting any confermed news about this matter. So please help me. I m getting confused n I hv stopped studying.

Please confirm me, when that approval will pass, as that rule is good bcoz graduates will not waste ther time and can register for IPCC & ARticles, please confirm , as per that draft notification after 45days taken into consideration, when we can expect that approval from parliment. Regards suma

I thing the confermation will pass after the CPT examination which will be held on June-2012. But I am sure that they will pass any notification after that. Lets see. Hope for the +ve announcement.

I think C A Institute has more issue than this and not concerned. This issue is long pending and after every 3-4 months gap, it comes out giving hope to aspiring students. Everybody was expecting when it finally appeared in the Institute"s Journal of March,2012 that issue is finally resolved and admission process (with CPT exemption to eligible student)l will begin from April-May 2012 onwards. However to date no one has clear answer. Even officials at Regional Councils are not able to give any concrete reply when this will get effected and where it has stuck or what is the process getting it implemented. Office bearer should push to the approving authority to get it implemented or come out clearly in the Journal so that studenst know where they stand and take a call for their future.
S as the office staff of ICAI not informing us correctly, if they say it correctly we can step forward for the option or else it will be confusion, atleast after June 2012 cpt exam, it will get approve, around august can we take IPCC, please tell me anybody in this regard or correct govt approval effected date or month.

Dear all who r looking for an exemption of CPT for Graduates,New amendment of CPT exemption will came to force from July-1st 2012..........Bec all most all new amendments r introduced in 1st July....nd institute will give like a gift to recently retired ICAI president........
