Cpt exemption approved but announcement only bending

Dear frieds,

                     I'm waiting for CPT exemption announcement,  otherwise i have to prepare CPT examination. Somebody told me exemption also approved, but announcement only bending.  Is it true or not ? if true means when they announced, any one knw abt tiz pls tell me..

it will be announced at monsoon session...don worry....start goin for ipcc classes 

yu can think abt articles after the official announcement..
