Please Clarify my doubt.
What is the difference between open university / distance education ?
My friend completed his B.com with 55% via Distance Education.(Not Completed his +2 (Plus Two)
another friend told me, Open univeristy means who don't have basic education and cross 18 yrs of age can enroll himself and pursue his graduate.
if person completed his b.com with 55% in open university can he appear CA?
Please clarify
If the CPT exemption notification is going to come ino effect he may go for , else not .
Since the present situation requires (CPT Scheme) +2 manditory to IPCC after CPT .
