My Friend is in doubt regarding, the announcement made by ICAI....She is a graduate (B.com). Can she start her articleship from tommorrow or wait till the notification is approved. when will be her attempt of IPCC?

she had gone to bangalore icai. they told her o wait till 1 month. she wants to answer cpt in december. when she should register?
