I think it is better to wait for some time

Need to wait for notification, once get confirm same than she can join for artricles if she got 55%...

she had gone to bangalore icai. they told her o wait till 1 month. she wants to answer cpt in december. when she should register?

Before 1st October 2011,  wait for the announcement of same...

wait for some time .............as above Announcement required approval of Standing committee of parliament.......so wait till AUGUST end............
