I got a msg from ca-stars tat CPT s exempted. Is it applicable from dis dec????????????????

Its purely a rumour. No such notification yet from ICAI/Government. However, it is only expected that it may be approved in the month of December.

This CPT exemption are giving more imporatce news in papers and newses but stil this is holding more than 4 months the studets those who pass Degree are waiting for the approval, this is importance education dicision now it is delaying.

When it be approved

plz tell me tat 52% marks pass graduate  can give ipcc without give cpt or not

Commerce graduates requires aggregate of minimum of 55% marks. Non-commerce graduates requires 60% marks. These students only will get exemption from CPT and can do articles directly. This proposal is yet to be approved by the government. So, in you case your % didnt meet the requirement, so I advise to register for CPT as soon as possible and write in December.
