How many hours I have to study if I start to prepare for CPT June 18??

you just have one month left which is more than enough to clear CPT
the hours to study doesn't matters
you can study for 4-6 hrs
just be conceptually clear with the given materials and do both the volumes of model papers and if time permits do scanner too
