Cpt double regn fees

A village plus2 student relative come to me and said a boy getting 90% in school needs money for cpt regn rs6100/_ and he have only unemployed mother and lives with support from other relative. I decided to fund them went online and paid thru debit card and ackc no11341501. now the student called and saying he got regd and recd SRO 0545689 no 3months back and got books etc. is there any possibility of getting refund. seniors can guide pls
