icai takes another big decision to give chance to take ipcc ....after completion of graduation .......it is partially worked because ca course had best quality of education and skills.........not for quantity..........

percentage in bcome necessary? whether it confirm?
would like to know whether it is approved by president .
a person having good percentage in post graduation and not in graduation is able for ipcc admission
whether the exemption is in force or not ie can a candidate get addmission on graduation basis now
a candidate having 47% in graduation and 60% in post graduation will be able to get admission direct for ipcc now?
pls give me notification link and graduation necessarily commerce?
