PLEASE  GUIDE ME  , WHAT TO  DO  , MY BROTHER COULD NOT COVER CPE HOURS OF ICAI LAST CALENDER YEAR .........WHETHER HIS COP  WILL NOT BE RENEWED ......OR  HE CAN FILE AN APPLICATION WITH ICAI.........

PLEASE  REPLY URGENTLY ,  I  AM  IN  TENSION

Action against non-complying members:
Penal action, subject to para 6.2 of STATEMENT ON CONTINUING PROFESSIONAL EDUCATION, as may be decided by the Council# from time to time,
shall be taken against the members who fail to comply with the requirements of this Statement.
