Does a fresher CA, who has just qualified, has to do cpe hours if he taken cop or not ?. Where can he fill the address?

a fresher ca is not required to compile with cpe hours requirement till 1 year from the date of membership year
A member in practice does not have to meet the requirements of CPE in the calender year in which the member has first got his membership.
So If u have got your membership in Oct 2012, you need not comply with the CPE requirements for the calender year 2012.
