03 January 2014I hav filed a Nil return thru e-filing on 23.10.13 for ass. year 2013-14 showing Total income Rs. 185830 and Tax payable is nil.
ITR Send sms to me for CPC Orderu/s 143(1) but why order to me

because 143(1) is to be issued in every case.

It means that you return is processed as CPC with NIL Demand
not to worry it is jus confirmation that your return is successfully processed.

Just check your CPC order buddy, it'll be showing NIL demand.

Check your email. Take the print out of the intimation u/s 143(1) and put it in your income tax file for your records.
