For FY 14-15, we ( a pvt ltd) filed the returns on time, it resulted in tax refund of 35 L. It is still not processed by CPC. I want to know -
1. Can CPC indefinitely delay this ? What is the limit
2. What can we do to expedite this.
We need the money quickly :)
Returns are assessed on on First come First out basis.
You need to wait for your turn.
You can meet the Ao but I guess it will automatically get done
