Cpc not picking calls from last 1 month

DEAR FRIENDS,

i have a client whos refund was failed due to accounts validation,  cpc wants me to send response sheet, but response sheet was not yet send to me by income tax department,  how to communicate cpc in this regard, where all lines are currently busy..
