I recently filed a rectification entry for AY 18-19 for an incorrect demand notice by CPC as they have considered a lower number of TDS compared to my Form 26 AS calculation. They have again raised the same demand notice after that. Can you please advise if I should file a rectification entry again or should go for grievance. CPC has considered a lower number in their TDS calculation compared to my Form 26 AS TDS for the same AY.

Thank you very much. I will file a grievance in e nivaran. Can you please also advise what needs to be done if that doesn't work. I hope the CPC team is able to resolve it but experience has been poor.
Try to locate how the difference in TDS amount is taking place. please contact TDS deductor for this mis-match.
Thank you sir. I am a salaried employee and TDs for me is deducted by my organisation. I have checked the data in various sources and CPC calculation is incorrect. I am not sure why they are still picking up wrong data. Has this happened to others also?
CPC doesn't create any data. It reflects data uploaded by your organisation. So better you reconcile with your organization.
