Cpa australia to indian ca

Dear All,

I am currently a full member of CPA Australia. I would like to be a member of ICAI. I would appreciate if anyone could shed some light on following questions;

1) Is it possible to get subject outline, examination structure and
details of overseas/Australian examination location for Corporate & Allied Laws and Taxation.

2) Once I have completed those subjects am I eligible to get
Certificate of Practise (COP) from ICAI? Can I sign audit report in India?
