Hello Rushi,
In-principle approval is required upto allotment of warrants from stock exchange, as warrants are not the part of share capital no need to file Form-2 Return of allotment( It is for shares not for warrants). When warrants are converted into shares then apply for the in-principle approval for the listing of shares within 30 days.
