My question is: Lately, I heard that there is going to be a conclusion drawn whether to pay the Service Tax for the house property or not. It is still under trial in the court and the case is yet to be finalized. Does anyone help to find out what is the outcome of the case? Somone told me that it can also be that the property owners can get their Service Tax money back if the case falls in favour of the public. Till that time the common man has to ay the service tax on property.
