Why need the deferent names for old course and new course?

(i.e. Foundation, pe1, cpt, Inter, pe2, pcc, ipcc, final old and final new)

isn't it helpful simple updating of topics or syllabus like income tax (without creating new course!)?

Why our institute expect huge amount of fees by way of conversion of old to new course?

Why our icai expecting majority  income from students?

Who can control the conversion of service education becoming business education?
