You may do CAIIB
You may pursue ACCA, CMA, CFA, all details you can get from the respective sites.
Also, from Indian point of view, you may pursue Banking Courses offered by IIBF, Welingkar's, etc.

I ve completed JAIIB and CAIIB.. one of my colleague is doing CIMA and is that more valuable??
Of course!! But that depends on your future perspective whether you want to progress in Banking itself or you want to dabble in the Corporate world apart from Banking, CIMA, according to me won't affect your current job, but will take you to a much higher level in your own Banking institution.
