we send goods by courier and invoice value is above 1lakh,then waybill is complusory???

Yes the e way bill is compulsory in this case
Yes as per Rule 138 of CGST , the e-way need to be generated.
Put ID of courier company in B part & ask courier company to generate E-way for the same
