Hello all,in an LLP there r total 5 designated partners 4 individuals and 1 company,however the person who is acting in individual capacity as a designated partner is the nominee of the company also.(representing in dual capacity)
While uploading form Fillip where details of nominee of co. Has to be put it shows error"DIN or DPIN should be unique" wts Dis error and how shud it be rectified,pls guide asap
