hi! i have a doubt in CA final costing...its May 96 exam question ,a textbook question & Question No.14 in the exercise sums of Padhuka book. The formula as per padhuka book for sales mix variance is RAQ*BP-AQ*BP but am not able to arrive at the answer using this formula. The suggested answer uses this formula : (actual sales mix %- budgeted salse mix %)*actual sales volume*(budgeted individual contribution margin-budgeted avg contribution margin)...can sum1 plz help me out!!!
