Cost for registration of Charitable Foundation ?

So it's a trust under sec 12A OF THE INCOME TAX ACT.

I am a lay person. Trust or Foundation what you may call it is proposed in the name of departed soul and to utilise his/her assets to assist/funding of deserving children in education up to secondary level or higher depending upon resources.

It's a apolitical setup so don't expect any funding from government but would well come donations from citizens.

Please suggest appropriate type for taxation purpose.
