Cost audit compliance report disclosure in board report

Dear all,

I am working with Pvt. Ltd. co. and weare required to file Compliance Certificate under Cost Accounting Record Rules 2011.

I understand that companies covered under Cost Accounting Records Rules 2011 need to submit the Compliance report within 180 days of end of F. Y.

Is it require to mention the details of such Compliance report in the Directors Report? Does such compliance is reflected anywhere in Boards Report.

I could not find any provision in this regard, but just want to make it sure???

Cost Audit reports needs to be disclosed in Annual Report, for public awareness. Rest is on the table of Board of Directors and Audit Committee.

It is advisable to disclose the details of compliance report in director report though it is not mandatory. 

Agree with the learned members.. Cost Audit Report and Compliance Certificate should be disclosed in the Directors Report.
