IN A CONSTRUCTION COMPANY YOU SHOULD FIRST OF ALL AWARE OF TDS ON CONTRACTOR & SUBCONTRACTOR WHERE IT IS @ 1% RIGHT NOWIN CASE OF DEDCUTING TDS ON HIRNG P&M IT COMES TO 2% . IN CASE OF PROJECT COSTING AND ESCALATION CLAUSE FIRST OF ALL GO THROUGH THE AGREEMENT BETWEEN THE EMPLOYER AND CONTRACTOR. BOQ WILL BE TAKEN AS STANDARD WHERE IT IS COMAPRED WITH THE ACTUALS IN CASE OF VARIANCE ANALYSIS. BRS, FUNDS FLOW STATEMENT ARE COMMON MIS.
