Dear Experts,
One of the individual assessee has lost the original PAN Card however has Zerox copy of the same.
Now the assessee wishes to issue PAN Card with modification in the address of the assessee in the data base of the assessee.
The question is whether the assessee can fill a single form captioned "New PAN Card issue / Correction in PAN Card" to make the changes in the assessee's address as well as get the original PAN Card at the new residential address.
If No, then kindly suggest the alternative.
