Hello All,
I have made a transaction on 16 July 2013. During transaction, I selected wrong challan. I have to correct it now. The major head is showing me '0024' which should be change to '0021'. I file rectification about 5 times. Also, I talk to customer care and they said that I have to change major head. I went to AO for the same but they are not able to change it. How will I get change major head?
Please help me.

I went to AO but they are not able to change it. Is there any way to get this amount back to account by filing refund? If yes, then please tell me the procedure so that I can file refund and made another transaction with correct major head.
