How to rectify my ipcc exam registration

If Registration is done and fees deducted then there will be no rectification can be done

Call to Icai they will suggest you in better way.

It is strictly in exam form while exam Registration that if once application submitted it cannot be rectified. So, before submitting application exam screen shows caution window to check that whether all the details are provided correctly or not
