Correction in Exam form

I think this happens with a lot of students, Would advice you to do the following:

• Take a printout of the examination form.
• Highlight the wrong filled detail.
• Write correct details with Black Pen
• Write an Application - Specifying the mistake and correct details.
• Send the Examination form to ICAI - Vishawas Nagar

Additionally, Just to be sure - Call ICAI and ask them "What is the procedure for such correction"

GO TO CORRECTION WINDOW ON icai.org.exam AND MAKE REQUIRED CORRECTION.

CORRECTION WINDOW OPTION WILL BE AVAILABLE SOON.

CAN I CHANGE DETAILS OF ELIGIBILITY FIELD IN CORRECTION WINDOW

How to correct mistakes after submission of Exams form - Wrongly declared Eligibility ( Aritcalship Completed form has not been uploaded )

 I have Declared my details of Determining Eligibility as 

POINT 13  (iii)(b) Direct Entry Scheme - Intermediate Level Pass of Institute of Cost Accountants of India / Institute of Company Secretaries of India Converted to Intermediate (IPC) course /ATC from erstwhile Intermediate or PE-II or PCC or IPCC & completed/would be completing 8 months of study course as on 01st May, 2019

But i want to declare eligibility as below

POINT 11 (iii)(a) Direct Entry Scheme - Graduates/Post Graduates Candidates who registered for Intermediate (IPC) course through CPT routeand appeared in the Intermediate (IPC) Examination in one or both groups but did not qualify both the Groups or either of the Group andconverted to Intermediate(IPC) under the Direct Entry Scheme and commenced / would be commencing practical training on or before31st October, 2018.

Kindly Guide me, how to correct the above mistake and where to upload Articlship Completion Certificate 

Did you get it rectified ? I made the same mistake 

Hi man , just send the rectified copy of your examination form - highlight the incorrect date . And provide a copy of your CA final registration letter . Send it to the examination department in Noida . Make sure you write a cover letter stating your mistake . Address is to the examination department
