Hello,
I realized a mistake after filing Form 26QB for payment of TDS. I chose offline payment, and yet to to the TDS Payment, I got an Acknowledgement number. Can I make correction in the ackowledgement, or is it advised to start fresh?

You don't need to start fresh, you can make corrections. Log into the webiste and select 'Online Correction' option and make all the revisions that you need to there. You'll also need to verify the changes either by net banking or digital signature. Post verification, your form will be revised.
