Thanks yogesh, but thats what am following right now..   my concern is regarding the CA1956 ... I dont know if its provisions will be appicable for Dec'16 exams.. anyway till any notifications from ICSI , I too think its good to follow study material.

Provisions of companies act, 1956 regarding mergers and amalgamation, Corporate Demerger and Reverse Merger will be applicable I. e. Section 390-396A will be applicable. However, The provisions relating to alteration of share capital and buy back of shares have already been notified under companies act, 2013. As far as the provisions relating to reduction of capital are concerned, though provisions relating to NCLT and NCLAT constitution are notified on 1st June, 2016 wait till further notification of ICSI.  If it will be applicable for December, 2016, supplimentary will be published by ICSI.

thanks Yogesh ...

But please use only latest study material of Corporate restructuring, valuation and insolvency published by ICSI. In academic corner on icsi.edu, study material tab is there click on study material 2015-16, where you will find the same. Moreover, it has also contained latest case laws and other amendments, if any till October, 2015.

Sure Yogesh, Thanks for the support....

1956..... not 2013 ...
