Whether the assesee's copy of the Registered Agreement / Deed of Surrendering Tenancy Right given by landlord be attested / notarized copy for INCOME TAX FILING PURPOSE ...Please reply

No documents required to be submitted with ITR. Keep notarized copy in records, for submission whenever queried.

photocopy is not valid....
notary public or gazette​ officer...or CA...
plain photocopy is invalid ....please reply

Actually original is to be produced for justification, specifically in courts. In case it is not traceable/lost, notorized certified true copy is accepted as good as original.

True copy certified by gazatted officer is also valid for verification purpose, but just photocopy has no stand when asked for verification/ justification.
