Surrendered cop 20 days back but still haven't received any intimation from ICAI and my membership status is still showing holder of full time cop ,if I take up full time employment whether there would be any issues.

you can inform to the members section of the institute through mail followed by a registered letter about the employment
Speak to the individual of Respective section over the phone either to HQ or regional office however it should not be as the date of applying would be considered as it's already 20 days gone in your case it should not be however it's good to speak to them as we don know what surprise element they can come out with.
