Cop or no cop

HI, i recently qualifed CA and i am not in employment any where

I wish to enter into employment, however my friends have suggested me that havin part time COP has some advantages

Now, as i am not in employment i should apply for COp, and as and when i enter into service, i sholud convert COP into part time COP.

So i wanted to know wheter this procedure is correct.

And the details of how to convert it.
