hi all.......im working as a full time employee in an Audit firm.......i hav informed the same to institute,,,,,,,nopw can i hold cop???? ann perform some tax audits individually?????? and wat does part time COP actually mean??

You can hold a part time COP but as a part time COP holder, you cannot perform any attest function, i.e., you cannot sign any document, nor can you employ any Articled Students in your personal capacity. You can only carry out advisory services that strictly do not involve any authentication/ signature.
