Convocation for CAs.

Thats a nice IDEA ,, but am not clear,,whether the institute,,shal conduct convocation at STATE CAPITALS,.that would be nice,, otherwise,, a person has to travel from his state to the place of convocation ,,which may very far..

  But there are manythings to be answered.

1.Can institute give us something as a gift ,our first official dress..ie tie,blazer,badge, the colour cloth.,,before hand ,,to us ,as a token of appreciation at a very concessional rate!!!

2. Dedicate  that hour to a Private channel to live telecast,,so that our near and dear can watch it  on T.V..

3.Give us a new copy of CODE OF ETHICS and MEMBER'S DIRECTORY AND A ICAI branded calender+diary+pen.

4.Finally  our esteemed SYMBOL of CA ,,,a memento for us to be proud of.

 I know,,it shal cost ,,but i think ,, institue owes us more than it gives..

 lets wait and see,,,,,,heard the first convocation was held at N.DEHI ,, on 2nd november?

Convocation for CA's was a long awaited one.

ICAI has really gone a long way in doing it.

The pictures of The First Convocation for CA's manifest that  it was one of the finest events ever organized  by any Premier Institute in India.

The bottom line is that we should look forward to many such innovative initiatives from ICAI..

the first convocation was held at Bandra.It was AWESOME.people who were eligible but couldnt manage coming have missed something precious.The effort taken by the institute is the best.I feel very lucky to be the part of the first convocation.The institute can try and manage sending the photographs to the students,if not the a display on the site.Speech of CA Ved Jain was amazing
